The Judiciary’s Committee on Artificial Intelligence and the Courts submitted its report to the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court on December 15, 2025. The public can view the full report by clicking on the above link. The committee was established by Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald on April 16, 2024 in response to the emergence and rapid evolution of artificial intelligence in the legal community. The committee was co-chaired by Associate Justice Vladimir P. Devens and Circuit Court Judge in the First Circuit John M. Tonaki. |
