This process applies to court users, unless otherwise specified, and is not intended to address issues or complaints that are subject to other legal, statutory and/or administrative processes, and/or matters subject to collective bargaining grievance procedures. Any complaint that is misfiled under this process shall not substitute as a proper filing under the applicable complaint/appeal procedure, and shall not preserve timeliness.
You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide feedback (comments or complaints) about services provided by the Hawaii State Judiciary, other than court cases, or call the Public Affairs Office at 808-539-4909 from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, except state holidays.
