Through House Concurrent Resolution 85, the House of Representatives requested the establishment of a taskforce to study effective incarceration policies to improve Hawaii’s correctional system.  The taskforce meetings are open to the public and the schedule is available on the Hawaii State Judiciary’s homepage calendar.
