O`ahu Children’s Justice Center
Located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Honolulu, this is the state’s largest Center, serving 1,100 children each year ranging in age from 2 to 18. Victims come from all socio-economic and ethnic groups. “Before the Center opened, it was chaotic for everyone,” said Dr. June Ching, a consultant interviewer and trainer. “Now we have an orderly and fair system.” |
