Small Claims

Divorce
If you and your spouse want to reach an agreement without using lawyers or going to court, you can meet with a mediator from a community mediation center. There may be a nominal mediation fee.
Probate Cases
The Probate Court has a mediation program for contested probate, contested trust and contested guardianship of property cases. Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free.
