Hawai‘i Court Rules: Orders of Amendment Listing
The Orders of Amendment, as filed by the Court, are posted on the Internet after they are received by the Supreme Court Law Library. The Supreme Court Law Library maintains the online listing and in case of any discrepancies, such as computer-generated errors or other deviations from the official order, the order as filed in the Clerk’s Office controls.
These orders have already been incorporated into the individual rules. Choose the year in which the court rule amendment became effective. Copies of orders prior to 2005 are available at the Supreme Court Law Library.
