Hawaii Court Rules: Orders of Amendment Listing – 2011

This listing consists of orders of amendment to various court rules issued by the Hawai‘i Supreme Court that became effective in 2011. These electronic orders may contain computer-generated errors or other deviations from the official order filed in the Office of the Chief Clerk, Supreme Court of Hawai‘i. The Supreme Court Law Library maintains the online listing and in case of any discrepancies, the order as filed in the Clerk’s Office controls.

These orders have already been incorporated into the main body of the rules.
