Third Circuit Court Chief Judge and Hilo BIVTC Judge Greg Nakamura (front row, second from right) joined Big Island Veterans Treatment Court participants, Probation Officers, team members, and volunteers in the November 4, 2017 Hilo Veterans Day Parade. It was a great opportunity to share the BIVTC message in the community and to honor all the veterans on the Big Island.
