Mission of ADLRO

“The mission of the ADLRO as a component of the Judiciary, acting under the authority of the Administrative Director of the Courts and in accordance with HRS Chapter 291E, is to conduct reviews and hearings regarding the administrative revocation of driving privileges of all respondents arrested in the state of Hawaiʻi for operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant (OVUII) and habitual OVUII, and related processes, in an impartial, efficient and accessible manner.”

Vision of ADLRO:

“The ADLRO aspires to be the most effective and efficient component of the Judiciary, while consistently resolving each individual case in the fairest and most expeditious manner possible under the law.”
