Posted on Apr 25, 2016 in Featured News

On April 21, 2016, the Honolulu DWI (Driving While Impaired) Court held a ceremony to acknowledge the accomplishments of its two new graduates. In addressing the audience, one graduate shared that the DWI Court Program helped him stop blaming people and circumstances. He went on to talk about how empowering it is to realize the influence of every choice you make.

DWI Court provides participants with support, treatment services, and court monitoring that aid in addiction recovery, and lead to a healthier, safer community. Since its founding in 2013, 27 individuals have successfully completed the program.
