14. What happens if I am late or do not show up for my hearing?
Posted on Jan 13, 2017 inIf you are 15 or more minutes late for your hearing, or you do not show up for your hearing as scheduled, you may be held in default. You should always contact the ADLRO as far in advance as possible if you are going to be late or need to reschedule your hearing.
If you are in default, your license revocation will be sustained. You will receive a written decision confirming the revocation and detailing the default process.
