All Judiciary employees are advised that state courts and Judiciary operations will be closed on Monday, February 9, due to inclement weather.

Most employees do not need to report to work and are released from work for the day. Employees required to work by their Chief Court Administrator or Department Director should report for work as scheduled. Those already on approved leave should continue to follow their approved leave status.

All hearings and trials scheduled for Monday will be rescheduled, and by court order, filing deadlines due Monday have been extended until Tuesday. Courts are expected to reopen on Tuesday, weather permitting.
