Due to a system upgrade, traffic payments by phone and jury reporting information via phone will not be available Thursday, December 18, from 12:30 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. During the system upgrade, eTraffic Hawaii and eJuror will still be available for traffic payments and jury duty reporting.

The Fifth Circuit recently celebrated a milestone with the graduation of its 30th Kauai Drug Court class on November 17, 2017. Since its inception in 2003, Kauai Drug Court has graduated 206 clients.
