The Judiciary Information Management Systems (JIMS), including JEFS and eCourt Kokua, will undergo a system upgrade beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. The system should be back up by 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
Chief Justice Seeks Public Comment on Judicial Nominees

Recktenwald announced today that he is seeking public comment on judicial nominees for the current vacancy in the District Court of the First Circuit (Oahu) as a result of the retirement of the Honorable Faye M. Koyanagi. The names submitted for this vacancy by the Judicial Selection Commission, in alphabetical order, are:
