Applicants Sought for Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection Board
Posted on Feb 19, 2014 in Press ReleasesNon-attorney applicants are wanted to fill a vacancy on the Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection Board. The board oversees and administers the fund for clients who have been the victims of dishonest conduct by their attorney.
The term is for five years and is not compensated, but certain costs for travel are reimbursable. Applicants should have experience in accounting and financial management.
Interested parties should send a letter and resume to the Nominating Committee, Hawaii Supreme Court, P.O. Box 26436, Honolulu, HI 96825. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2014.
