Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald announced today that he is seeking written comment on judicial nominees for a newly created position at the District Family Court of the First Circuit (Island of Oahu), authorized by the 2012 Hawai`i State Legislature under Act 107, Session Laws of Hawai`i.
