The Judiciary Information Management Systems (JIMS), including JEFS and eCourt Kokua, will undergo a system upgrade beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. The system should be back up by 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
Chief Justice Seeks Public Comment on Judicial Nominees

Recktenwald announced today that he is seeking written comment on judicial nominees for one vacancy at the District Court of the Second Circuit (county of Maui), that occurred upon the appointment of the Honorable Rhonda I.L. Loo to the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit on June 9, 2011.
