Water Main Break Closes Kaneohe Courthouse
Posted on Sep 5, 2012 in Featured NewsA water main break which occurred in Kaneohe this morning, September 5, has resulted in the closure of the Kaneohe district court for the rest of the day.
Court officials anticipate the building will be open to the public tomorrow morning.
Court hearings scheduled for today have been cancelled.
As a result of the outage, the Hawaii Supreme Court issued an order extending — by one day — any Kaneohe district court matter with a filing or hearing due date of September 5, 2012.
Individuals who wish to make payments on their traffic citations may be able to do so via the Judiciary website or at any district court.
