Posted on Sep 14, 2026 in News & Reports, Press ReleasesThe Hawaiʻi State Judiciary announces that Honolulu District Court (Kauikeaouli Hale), located at 1111 Alakea Street, will reopen Tuesday, September 15, and resume normal operations.
Repairs have been completed, and the water and air conditioning issues that forced the courthouse to close Monday have been resolved.
Hearings, trials, and other court proceedings scheduled for Tuesday will proceed as scheduled.
The Hawaiʻi State Judiciary appreciates the public’s patience and understanding.
