Kimberly T. Guidry was sworn in as an Associate Judge of the Intermediate Court of Appeals on May 31, 2023.

Prior to her judicial appointment, Judge Guidry served as a Deputy Attorney General, Supervising Deputy Attorney General, and Solicitor General in the Appellate Division of the State of Hawai‘i Department of the Attorney General.

Judge Guidry is a graduate of Kalani High School, the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, and the William S. Richardson School of Law.
