LIHUE, Hawaii — The Kauai Bar Association recently held a training session called, “Do’s and Don’ts of Practicing in the Fifth Circuit.” It featured the Office of Disciplinary Counsel on ethics training, and Fifth Circuit judges sharing practical tips and perspectives from the bench.
Chief Judge Randal G.B. Valenciano, Deputy Chief Judge Michael K. Soong, District Court Judge Stephanie R.S. Char, and District Family Judge Gregory H. Meyers represented the Fifth Circuit.
