Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald issued a Proclamation on February 24, 2018, in honor of the late
Judge Harry T. Tanaka, who served with great distinction with the Hawaii Judiciary on the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA),
serving from 1982 until his retirement in 1991.
