The Big Island Veterans Treatment Court held a graduation ceremony for Steve Emmett on November 6, 2017. The Veterans Treatment Court takes a holistic approach with each participant undergoing extensive treatment and counseling. Many services are provided by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at no cost to the state.
