ITSD HelpDesk Operations During Covid-19 Period

We hope you are doing well and are safe and healthy during these challenging times.

The ITSD HelpDesk continues to offer support to Judiciary Staff with technology needs even while we work remotely. We have access to all the Judiciary systems and can assist you with numerous issues. You can contact us the following ways:

  • Call x5812 (808-538-5812). This will ring once and go to voice mail. Staff monitors the voicemail from 7:00 AM through 4:30 PM, checking every ten minutes for new messages. Please leave a complete message, your name and a call back number. We will get back to you.
  • Email Helpdesk.itcd@courts.hawaii.gov. When staff is not checking the x5812 voice mail, they are checking our group email! Again please be as complete as possible in describing your issue and with your contact info.
  • Email Helpdesk.requests@courts.hawaii.gov. This will generate a JIRA ticket automatically. If you use this method, it is extremely important to again be as complete as possible and include your contact info.
    • The following should be included in your email: 
           1.  Your first and last name 
           2.  Your telephone number including the area code 
           3.  Your email address 
           4.  What is the issue you’re having.   

By providing the following information above we will successfully be able to reach you to resolve the issue. 
**Please note that if you are having an issue with using a personal device to access Judiciary resources, our assistance will not be limited to restoring your access. We cannot trouble shoot an unfamiliar technical environment, nor would we want to make assumptions that corrupt your device or data.
