Judge Trish K. Morikawa
Trish K. Morikawa was sworn in as First Circuit District Court Judge by Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald on May 3, 2017. Her term will expire on May 2, 2023.
She was previously employed as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Deputy Attorney General, and as an associate at Gallagher Kane Amai. She also served as a Per Diem Judge of the District Family Court of the First Circuit.
She is a graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi William S. Richardson School of Law and was admitted to the Hawaiʻi State Bar in 1995.
