Judge Robert D.S. Kim
Judge Robert D.S. Kim, was sworn in on November 21, 2017, by Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald to serve as Judge of the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit (Kona).
Prior to his appointment, Judge Kim was in private practice concentrating in criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, personal injury, and other administrative proceedings.
He graduated from the University of Hawaii-Hilo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
