When you plan to file a document with protected health information, you should carefully follow the guidelines that the Judiciary will be issuing later relating to sealed documents and documents filed in camera. You should follow a two-step process:

1) Efile a publicly viewable motion requesting to seal the information in the document, and

2) Separately efile the unredacted document in camera for the judge to review.

If your request is granted, the court may order you to separately efile a redacted version of the document for public viewing.
