Judicial Selection Commission Electronic Forms
The Judicial Selection Commission and the Judiciary have worked together to facilitate the judicial application and retention process, by making Commission forms available electronically. The following forms are available online through a fillable Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
The Application is used by attorneys responding to the Commission’s announcement of a judicial vacancy. The Petition is used by Justices or Judges seeking to be retained in judicial office.
