Rom A. Trader
Rom Trader had 20 years of experience as a prosecutor before becoming a First Circuit Court judge on March 27, 2009.
Nominated by Governor Linda Lingle, Judge Trader was also an adjunct professor at the University of Hawaii’s William Richardson School of Law.
He earned his bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa.
