Telephone outage impacting Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary Complex

Posted on May 28, 2025 in News & Reports, Press Releases

HONOLULU – A telephone outage at the Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary Complex in Kapolei is currently preventing incoming calls from reaching several Judiciary offices, including Family Court, Waiʻanae District Court, the Legal Documents Branch, and others. While calls are being rerouted, callers may experience delays.

According to Hawaiian Telcom, the outage is affecting multiple customers. Technicians are actively working to restore full service; however, the issue may persist for several days.

Despite the outage, the Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary Complex remains open during regular business hours, and all scheduled court hearings are proceeding as planned.
