Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald will deliver the State of the Judiciary address to a joint Senate-House legislative session.
Seating in the gallery is on a first-come basis beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The address will be broadcast live on the Hawaiʻi State Senate’s YouTube channel as well as the Hawaiʻi State Judiciary’s YouTube channel and ʻŌlelo Community TV 53 (olelo.org/tv-schedule).
