HIePRO is an online procurement system that matches Judiciary buyers with sellers. The Judiciary may use HIePRO to solicit price quotations for goods and services of $15,000 to less than $100,000. A seller is able to receive automatic email notification whenever there is a solicitation for the types of goods and services that the seller may be able to provide. A seller is also able to submit price proposals electronically and compete with other sellers.

HIePRO is quick and easy to use. No specialized hardware or software is required. Vendors can log in on  HIePRO main webpage to access solicitations. To access HIePRO, a seller must first register. Call Hawaii Internet Consortium at 808-695-4620 for assistance.
