Trudy K. Senda is the Deputy Chief Judge of the Fifth Circuit. Before her appointment to the District Court of the Fifth Circuit on May 4, 2001, Judge Trudy K. Senda was an associate with the Law Offices of Randal Valenciano since 1996. Previously, she was in private practice at various law firms on Kaua`i and O`ahu. Judge Senda received her law degree from the University of Hawaii’s William S. Richardson School of Law.
