Supreme Court Summarizes Noteworthy Amendments to Hawai`i Rules of Professional Conduct
Posted on Jun 27, 2013 in Featured NewsThe Hawaii Supreme Court has amended the Hawai`i Rules of Professional Conduct. In an effort to present the changes in a more readable format, the Hawaii Supreme Court is providing a summary of the most noteworthy amendments.
Attorneys should review the Hawai`i Rules of Professional Conduct for all of the changes. The amendments will take effect on January 1, 2014.
