Nonessential Third Circuit Employees Released from Work
Posted on Aug 14, 2007 in Press ReleasesAt 11:00 a.m. today, all nonessential Third Circuit employees were released from work to prepare for the forecasted storm. A “skeleton crew” will remain at the Hilo and Kona courthouses until the normal hour of closing (4:30 p.m.) to ensure scheduled court proceedings are heard and the continued availability of certain court functions such as filings and over-the-counter payments.
