The Judiciary Information Management Systems (JIMS), including JEFS and eCourt Kokua, will undergo a system upgrade beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. The system should be back up by 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
Big Island Veterans Treatment Court Participates in Hilo Veterans Day Parade

Chief Judge Ronald Ibarra (pictured on the right) and Judge Greg Nakamura (pictured third from the right) are the presiding judges of the Third Circuit Veteran’s Treatment Court, and are pictured with mentors, staff, and veteran participants.
It was a wonderful opportunity to be able to share more information about the program with Federal, State and County elected officials, as well as the Hilo community. The team also said it was a great privilege to honor and say thank you to the veterans who have sacrificed for our country.
