Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald issued Proclamations in honor of two individuals who recently passed away, and who previously served the Judiciary with honor and distinction as judges on the Island of Hawai`i. Judge Nelson Doi had been a circuit court judge appointed by Governor John Burns, and Judge Sandra Song was a district court judge appointed by Chief Justice Ronald Moon.
