Del Rosario and Perkins Reappointed as First Circuit Court Judges

On April 8, First Circuit Court Judges Dexter Del Rosario (center) and Richard Perkins were sworn in by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald (far left). Judge Del Rosario’s new term begins on April 15, 2014 and ends on April 14, 2024. Judge Perkins’ term is effective from May 6, 2014 to May 5, 2024. Both judges will begin their third term as First Circuit court judges.
