Pro Bono Experiences and Ethical Considerations
Posted on Oct 21, 2011 in Featured NewsOn behalf of the Hawai`i Access to Justice Commission, you are invited to an exciting event on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, featuring a workshop, “Pro Bono Experiences and Ethical Considerations” from noon to 1:00 p.m. and a Legal Services Fair from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
The panelists for the workshop are:

- Ellen Politano, Law Offices of Ellen Politano
- Cecelia Chang, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, City & County of Honolulu
- Regan Iwao, Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel
The moderator for the workshop is Professor Calvin Pang of the William S. Richardson School of Law.
The workshop has been approved for one CLE credit for both California and Hawaii. Attendees will receive .5 MCPE (Hawaii)/ .5 CLE – Legal Ethics Subfield Credits (California) for attending the workshop. An additional .5 credit will be awarded upon completion of four hours of pro bono service with a participating legal service provider. Credits will be granted from Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, an accredited provider of CLE credits for both California and Hawaii.
