Welcome to the New Judiciary Website!
Posted on Jan 22, 2010 in Featured NewsWe hope you like the new Judiciary website. It is more functional and cheaper to maintain than the old site and is easier to use by first-time visitors and people with disabilities.
While the web address of the home page remains the same, addresses for most of the other pages within the website have changed. You will probably need to recreate any bookmarks you have made within the Judiciary site.
It will take about a week for Google and other search engines to recognize our new web page addresses. During this time, searches for specific pages may be redirected to the Judiciary home page instead.
We would like to thank our partners in this project, the Hawaii Information Consortium, particularly Russell Castagnaro, Janette Council, Ernest Criss, Zheng Fang, Jim Simon, Karthick Vijayarajan, and Rosie Warfield for their expertise and hard work.
We will continue to develop and improve our Internet site for the benefit of our many users ( we received 1.1 million visitors in 2009) who save time and money by finding information and conducting court business online.
In conjunction with the new website, the Judiciary recently created a Facebook page and Twitter feed. To be notified of the latest information from the Judiciary, we encourage you to subscribe to these feeds.
If you encounter any problems with any of our new sites, please the Judiciary’s webmaster at 539-4909. Or email at pao@courts.hawaii.gov.
