HONOLULU — Congratulations to Intermediate Court of Appeals Chief Judge Lisa M. Ginoza and Vladimir P. Devens, who were confirmed today by the Hawaiʻi State Senate as Associate Justices of the Supreme Court. Pictured above, they are being congratulated by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald.
