The Judiciary Information Management Systems (JIMS), including JEFS and eCourt Kokua, will undergo a system upgrade beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. The system should be back up by 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 15.
Associate Justice Lisa M. Ginoza
Lisa M. Ginoza was sworn in as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court on January 12, 2024. Prior to that she served as Chief Judge of the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA) from April 24, 2018, and was previously an Associate Judge on the ICA from May 6, 2010.
Justice Ginoza is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. King, U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaiʻi, had an extensive civil litigation practice for over 14 years, and served as First Deputy Attorney General for the State of Hawaiʻi.
Justice Ginoza is a Kailua High School graduate and received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University.
