Directions to the Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary Complex

From Downtown Honolulu/Pearl City direction:

  • Take H-1 to Wai`anae, and exit on Exit 1, Kalaeloa, Barbers Point Harbor which will loop around and take you onto Kalaeloa Boulevard (state Highway 95).
  • Once on Kalaeloa Boulevard (State Highway 95), veer to your left. At the intersection of Kalaeloa Boulevard and Kapolei Parkway, there will be two lanes that will turn left onto Kapolei Parkway, you should be in the 2nd to the left lane.
  • Turn left onto Kapolei Parkway and stay in your far right lane. At the intersection of Kapolei Parkway and Kamokila Boulevard, turn right and get into the far left lane.
  • Once in the left lane, the Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex will be on your left side. Veer left and enter the turn lane which will lead you to the parking entrance of the Complex. The Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex is the multi-story building on the left and the Hale Ho`omalu Juvenile Detention Facility is the one-story building on the right.

From Wai`anae direction:

  • Take Farrington Highway toward the east and exit on Exit 1A, Kalaeloa, Barbers Point Harbor.
  • Immediately after exiting the freeway, there will be two lanes that will turn left onto Kapolei Parkway, you should be in the 2nd to the left lane.
  • Turn left onto Kapolei Parkway and stay in your far right lane. At the intersection of Kapolei Parkway and Kamokila Boulevard, turn right and get into your far left lane.
  • Once in the left lane, the Ronald T. Y. Moon Judiciary Complex will be on your left side. Veer left and enter the turn lane which will lead you to the parking entrance of the Complex. The Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex is the multi-story building on the left and the Hale Ho`omalu Juvenile Detention Facility is the one story building on the right.

Parking at Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex

The Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS) is converting the metered parking near the Ronald T.Y. Moon Judiciary Complex and Hale Ho`omalu Juvenile Detention Facility to solar powered pay stations. 

The parking rates will not change, and are as follows:

  • $.50 for ½ hour
  • $1 per hour
  • Time limit: 4 hours
