The 1978 constitutional convention had a profound impact on Hawaiʻi. As we consider a 2018 vote on a new constitutional convention, John Waiheʻe III (delegate and governor) is leading a series of critical dialogues on the past and future impacts of Hawaiʻiʻs 1978 Constitutional Convention, bringing together delegates, scholars, and community leaders.
