The Judiciary's role in serving the public extends far beyond the courtroom. Our support services meet a variety of needs that may arise as you proceed with your case.

Court Services

• Alternative Dispute Resolution
  The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution designs programs to help people reach solutions outside of court.
• Adult Client Victim Services
  This service helps victims with concerns over offenders who have sentencing pending or have already been sentenced to probation.
• ADA Accommodation
  Learn more about services and accommodations available for persons with disabilities.
• Court Interpreting
  The Judiciary uses interpreters when a party or witness in a case has limited English proficiency or is unable to hear, understand, speak or use English sufficiently to effectively participate in court proceedings.
• Hawai`i Children's Justice Centers
  The Hawai`i Children's Justice Centers help children who are victims of abuse and neglect through the judicial process.
• Supreme Court Law Library Services
  Learn about policies and services of the Supreme Court Law Library through this handbook. Includes information about hours, borrowing privileges and CD-ROM services.
• Volunteer Settlement Master (VSM) Process
  Court-based program relies on volunteer Family Law attorneys to help divorcing couples settle their differences before going to trial.
