
Pursuant of Hawai`i Revised Statutes (HRS) Section 287-3, certified traffic abstracts show "all alleged moving violations and any convictions resulting therefrom, arising from the operation of a motor vehicle [while under the influence of an intoxicant] and any administrative license revocation."
A traffic court report is a case record history that includes equipment and parking citations in addition to the information contained in the traffic abstract. Traffic court reports are provided only to the individual in person at District Court, after verification of identity with a picture ID.
The driver history record shows a driver's license class, expiration date, traffic violations, and whether the driver's license is suspended. This is typically required for CDL drivers.
