There are no conversion petitions reported prior to May, 2011, since Act 48, Session Laws of Hawaii 2011,
establishing the conditions for conversion to judicial foreclosure, was not signed into law until May 5, 2011.
*Please note that these figures may fluctuate depending on when the caseload filing report was run.
Generally, the Judiciary runs the report after the 21st of the following month. The judicial foreclosure cases filed include agreements of sale.
**Fifth Circuit's civil filing figures are not current due to an on-going backlog in the 5th Circuit.
