Support Services Division/JIMS under the authority of the Administrative Director of the Courts (O’ahu)

  • JIMS Project Manager: The Hawai‘i State Judiciary seeks an experienced senior project manager for the development and integration of a large scale, integrated, real-time, cross-functional, statewide information system in a multi-faceted environment with internal and external users. Experience must include use of current/evolving technology to further the business needs of a large organization.
  • JIMS Database Administrator: This position installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains the JIMS database system; implements, configures, and troubleshoots database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access; monitors and optimizes JIMS system performance using index tuning, disk optimization, and other methods.

LAW CLERKS

Law clerks work directly with a judge or justice and are exempt from civil service.  Each judge or justice personally hires his or her law clerk(s).  Generally, law clerk applicants should submit a cover letter along with a resume.  However, the judge or justice may have additional application requirements, such as writing samples, law school transcripts or recommendation letters.  Therefore, applicants should contact the respective judge or justice's office directly.
