Status Updates
Honolulu District Court Closed to Public January 2, 2013
Kauikeaouli Hale, the District Court courthouse at 1111 Alakea Street, is currently closed to the public (January 2, 2013) due to an electrical problem that has affected elevator and escalator service, and water service above the 4th floor.
Court hearings that were to have been heard this morning have been cancelled and rescheduled to a later date. The afternoon hearings are still scheduled pending further notice.
More information will be posted on the Judiciary’s Internet website as it becomes available.
