When searching for court cases involving a company, enter information in the Last Name or Company Name field and click on the Check for Partial Last Name box.

If you are not sure how the name of a company or individual is spelled, click on the Check for Phonetic Search box.

When conducting a search, wait until the inquiry is completed before attempting to access case information. Internet Explorer may incorrectly indicate that the procedure is "Done" before the search process is finished.

Due to limitations in the Judiciary's former traffic case system, searches performed on first names longer than 10 characters may produce incomplete results. Truncate longer names for a more complete listing. For example, if the first name is Christopher, you may also wish to search with the name Christophe.
